With this in mind, the IntelliCentrics’ Concierge Service is an enhanced customer service program designed to drive maximum benefit from the SEC3URE service for you, whilst taking away much of the administration burden. And all at no charge!

Each named Concierge Manager proactively supports the Healthcare Facilities by managing the initial setup within SEC3URE. This is then followed by the management of the day to day credentialing process as well as handling e-mail and telephone communications with Healthcare Industry Representatives on your behalf.

The goals of the Concierge Service are to:

  • Enable you to enjoy all the benefits of credentialing without the day-to-day administration overhead
  • Address your hospital’s individual needs and ensure you use SEC3URE to maximum advantage
  • Improve your communication channel with the Healthcare Industry Representatives attached to your hospital
  • Assist in ensuring the highest levels of compliance with your access policy

Some of the specific things your Concierge Manager will assist your hospital with include:

  • A single point of contact for all questions or guidance needed by any Healthcare Facility users of the SEC3URE service
  • Communication with all Healthcare Industry Representatives on your behalf
  • Forwarding exemption requests and any unresolved disputes to the hospital for a final decision.
  • Revoking or restoring Healthcare Industry Representative’s hospital access on your behalf, in line with your access policy
  • Regular detailed reviews of the SEC3URE service to discuss performance and explore options for future improvements in line with best practice
  • Generating reports, such as audits of who is, and has been, on your site
