Base Subscription is free for commercial visitors. A Base Subscriber may upload their picture and contact information and use their Base Subscription to check in and out of a hospital. Base Subscribers cannot submit credentials but can accept policies should the hospital’s access policies require this.
SEC³URE Passport offers all the same privileges as Base Subscription and in addition, IntelliCentrics will manage all required credentials and policies that a hospital deems necessary in line with their visitor access policies. IntelliCentrics guarantees to process all submitted credential documents within four business Hours. There is a single annual fee for this level of subscription and NOT per hospital. Your subscription can be upgraded at any time during the course of the year.
Base subscription is available at no charge to the commercial visitors.
If your hospitals require credentials to be submitted and checked, in order to demonstrate compliance with their access policy, then an upgraded subscription will be required.
SEC³URE Passport is available for an annual fee of £239.00 (plus VAT).
Absolutely not. Your subscription is a universal one and covers you for ALL 10,000+ SEC3URE enabled hospitals world-wide.
Absolutely not. Your subscription is a universal one and covers you for ALL 10,000+ SEC3URE enabled hospitals world-wide.
After becoming a Base Subscriber, you will receive a notification if your hospitals require credentials to be submitted and checked. If you do not receive this notification then you do not need to upgrade.
Login to your account at SEC³URE, select the ‘My Account’ tab from the welcome bar at the top right of the page and simply click on ‘Upgrade’.
IntelliCentrics certainly will not force you to upgrade to a Passport Subscription. However you can only submit credentials etc, to SEC³URE if you are a Passport Subscriber. Without this level of subscription you will be unable to use the SEC³URE service to demonstrate your compliance with the hospitals’ access policies and as a result, may lose access to restricted or patient-sensitive areas within the hospital.
The SEC3URE service is compatible with Internet Explorer 10 and 11. The latest version of Chrome is also compatible, all other browser versions may not display the service correctly or with full functionality.
Credentials
A credential can include immunisations, levels of training attained and professional accreditations. The exact credentials required will be dependent upon the areas of the hospital for which access is required and the hospitals’ specific access policy.
Each hospital determines its access policy and all requirements within that policy. IntelliCentrics has no authority to determine any hospitals’ access policy.
Credentials can be scanned, or a photo taken via a mobile device, and uploaded directly to the SEC³URE app or website.
The SEC³URE service also has ‘corporate administration’ functionality that enables a nominated individual within a company to upload documentation to the accounts of multiple members, provided each member has given their consent. If you would like more information on this, please contact us on 0161 250 7533 or [email protected]
Credentials need to be submitted to the SEC3URE service by 5pm on a working day in order for them to be classed as submitted on that day. If they are submitted after 5pm or on a bank holiday or weekend, processing of that credential will begin on the next working day at which point the SLA’s commence.
IntelliCentrics does all of the document management on behalf of the commercial visitors.
For example this includes reminders when credentials are about to expire and notifications of any changes to credential requirements for any hospitals.
To say that IntelliCentrics is making you provide credentials would be inaccurate. We are simply a service that hospitals use to communicate, and manage compliance with, their access policies. It is the hospitals who are requesting and requiring your credentials.
Yes. The SEC³URE service has ‘corporate administration’ functionality that enables a nominated individual in a company to upload documentation to the accounts of multiple employee members, provided each member has given their consent. This is usually an individual in HR or an administrator. To find out more, please contact us on 0161 250 7533 or [email protected]
